Sulfur and Chlorine Free Cutting Oil

Pro-Cut 790 offers a powerful lubrication package which promotes effective removal of material, reduces wear on tooling and produces exceptional surface finishes. This product is clean, clear and mild, with no offensive odors. Because Pre-Cut 790 is made from only the finest solvent refined base oil stocks, it has exceptional color stability and is less likely to cause dermatitis than comparable products. The low viscosity of this oil also promotes rapid drain off from chips to reduce overall consumption. Pro-Cut 790 is a sulfur and chlorine free cutting oil specifically designed for both cutting and grinding operations which require a high degree of lubricity without the use of these additives. Pro-Cut 790 should be used in both ferrous and non-ferrous applications where chlorine and sulfur are not permitted. Excellent in the machining of titanium, aluminums, and magnesium. Excellent in both CBN and conventional grinding operations where an oil is required.
